LRQA certifies CB Customs Broker according to ISO 9001:2015

CB Customs Broker has once again been certified according to ISO 9001:2015. The independent audit was carried out by the international certification company LRQA.

The certification confirms that the customs service provider's management system meets the requirements of the standard and is applicable to the provision of customs clearance and transportation services.

CB Customs Broker was ISO-certified for the first time in 2021. The current recertification by LRQA relates to the organizational processes in connection with the customs clearance of shipments in international goods traffic and is part of CB Customs Broker's continuous quality management.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification is a further step towards service excellence for CB Customs Broker. The company has been an “Authorized Economic Operator” (AEO C/S, Authorized Economic Operator with combined authorization for customs simplifications and security) since 2013.

Both certifications are regarded as key quality criteria in the international movement of goods and offer customers a reliable framework for security, efficiency and compliance.
