Four highlights of the year 2021 from BoKlok Finland

Another exciting year is about to turn. And with that, BoKlok Finland wants to take the time to highlight some important moments this past year.

  • New team members – the size of BoKlok Finland almost doubled in comparison to the previous year of 2020.
  • New partnerships – the BoKlok brand promise is to build sustainable homes for the many people. BoKlok is happy to be able to deliver on that promise together with the Pension Insurance company Varma. In the close future, this will entail 102 new rental apartments in Kerava for Varma, the largest BoKlok project in Finland.
  • Construction on a new site in Helsinki – in the spring of 2021, BoKlok Finland started communicating about the new homes in the popular area of Tapaninkylä, called BoKlok Huhtapiha. All the homes were immediately booked, and the happy residents will be able to move into their homes in the summer of 2022. At its heart, the BoKlok concept is about sustainability and environmental efficiency, and one example of this is in the choice of wood as the main construction material. The homes will have solar panels, shared saunas to reduce overall energy consumption, as well as the option of charging facilities for electric cars.
  • New year, new city – the end of 2021 has meant preparing for the launch of the BoKlok Turku Puuseppä project, which will start at the beginning of 2022. This will be a major milestone since it is the first project outside of the capital region of Finland for BoKlok.

Thank you to all the customers and partners of BoKlok Finland, we wish you all Happy Holidays and see you in 2022!
