Bluewater offers condolences to loved ones of fisherman who died in Volvo Ocean Race Hong Kong collision

Bluewater is deeply saddened by the news that a collision close to Hong Kong between the Vestas 11th Hour Racing team competing in the Volvo Ocean Race and a fishing vessel resulted in the death of a fisherman.

In a statement, the company said that as a water provider to both the Volvo Ocean Race and Vestas 11th Hour racing, Bluewater sends 'our deep condolences to the family and other loved ones of the deceased'.

Both Volvo Ocean Race and Vestas 11th Hour Racing are now focusing on providing all the support they can to everyone affected by the accident.
