Over 24,500 worrying chemicals found in bottled water

Institute of Hydrology, are reported to have tested 18 different samples of bottled water from France, Italy,
and Germany.
The researchers wanted to test the water for its ability to interfere with the body's estrogen and androgen (testosterone and other male reproductive hormone) receptors, according to the study published in the prestigious PLoS One journal.

They wrote that their tests revealed that the majority of bottled waters tested interfered with both kinds of hormone receptors to some degree.
While the results of the study do not indicate we need to fear for our lives, it does indicate the need for more research into how chemicals can leach into our food and drinking liquids supply.
