Translation: “We are happy to add the Crime+Investigation channel for all our TV customers. Crime + Investigation offers a wide range of very high-profile programs and documentaries for the real crime enthusiast. A perfect addition to our wide range of channels”, says Stijn Nuijten at KPN, responsible for marketing and consumer products.

Key shows on Crime+Investigation for the remainder of 2020 include:

  • Accused: Guilty or Innocent? takes viewers inside the lives of people alleged to have committed serious crimes, offering an intimate account – in real time – of what happens when someone is formally charged with a crime and sent to trial presented solely from the perspective of the accused. Premiering 7 July at 21.00.
  • Surviving Epstein - is a four-part documentary event series that investigates how the elusive Epstein allegedly ran a global network targeting young girls for himself and his cabal of rich and powerful friends. Operating from his luxurious homes in New York City, Palm Beach, New Mexico, Paris and the Caribbean, he was also accused of using his extreme wealth and influence to cover his predation. Following his August 10, 2019 death by suicide in federal prison, Jeffrey Epstein stole one more thing from his victims: the chance to face their accuser and finally see justice prevail. This documentary series provides a platform for these courageous women to share their stories first person as we examine Epstein's rise to boundless wealth, the people surrounding him who potentially procured and protected, and his second arrest, shocking death and the stories yet untold. Premiering in September.
  • People V Michael Jackson takes us inside one of the biggest celebrity trials of the century - the 2005 criminal trial of the music legend and icon, Michael Jackson. Drawing upon court transcripts, hours of never-before-seen home video, and more than 30 interviews with jurors, attorneys, celebrity witnesses, reporters, and observers, this documentary is not just a saga about family, celebrity and the media, but also a story about how wealth, privilege, and power affected the pursuit of justice. Premiering in September.
  • Murder Mastermind immerses viewers in the emotional and mysterious story of a homicide. The viewers are taken on a dramatic true crime roller coaster first walking them through the “who has done it” with alternative suspects presented and the twists and turns as detectives go through the evidence. In court prosecutors charge and try the alleged Murder Mastermind. Viewers get to play armchair detective as they hear from police officers, forensic experts, witnesses, and sometimes the defendants themselves. Premiering in September.

Crime+Investigation has been the global leader in true crime content for over 10 years, navigating the who, what and why of crime, and going further than anyone else.
