The Young Leaders Programme is a combination of skill workshops with renowned experts, exclusive networking formats and inspiring activities to get your own ideas ahead – all in the midst of participating in Europe’s largest event on sustainable cities.

On top of having access to the whole Urban Future conference programme at UF22, formats such as the following await you:

SKILLS WORKSHOPS.
These workshops are focused on fostering skills and knowledge crucial to young leaders, paving their way and getting them involved – be it leadership, communication, or advocacy skills.

FIRESIDE CHATS.
These are discussions in small groups of 6-8 attendees. In very
“honest” and personal sessions, community-, business-, and city leaders share very private experiences (eg. of being a politician) and you can bug them with your questions.

BRAINCYCLING SESSIONS.
This is where you can discuss your own projects – to broaden your horizon and channel different perspectives on topics that are essential to your vision of changing cities for the better.

NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES.
We’re giving you exclusive networking options at the conference and will make sure that you get enough presence: we want all conference participants to know who you are and get to know you!

We will challenge you, involve you and get you connected: This is your chance to get inspired by experienced change makers, chat with exceptional mayors, chief city planners or business leaders in a private setting, and engage with almost 2,000 CityChangers from all over the world, exchanging ideas and invaluable experiences.
