The new compact keystones from Digitus - ideal for high-density installations in patch panels and network connection boxes
Digitus, the own brand of Assmann Group for innovative, certified data network & media technology, is further expanding its copper connection range: The new compact keystones have been developed for high-speed data transmission and superior network reliability in confined installation areas and offer an advanced solution for structured cabling systems.
The new compact CAT 6A category keystone modules from Digitus offer a reliable and powerful solution for demanding network infrastructures. Thanks to their space-saving housing design, they are particularly suitable for installations in confined areas (e.g. in flat flush-mounted boxes, network boxes, patch panels and compact server cabinets) and enable flexible installation. With 360° shield contacting, the modules guarantee optimum shielding against electromagnetic interference. They comply with the highest international standards and are GHMT-certified and conform to IEC 60603-7-51, ISO/IEC 11801 Class EA and ANSI/TIA-568. Digitus stands for quality and customer satisfaction. Therefore, customers are granted a 25-year system warranty on all passive cabling components of the brand.
The compact keystone modules support data transmission rates of up to 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GBASE-T) and transmission frequencies of up to 500 MHz. They are compatible with the PoE standards IEEE 802.3 af/at/bt (PoE, PoE+ & 4PPoE), making them ideal for high-performance network applications. Another outstanding feature is the tool-free assembly, which enables quick, safe and convenient installation. This allows networks to be set up efficiently and error-free without the need for additional special tools.
Thanks to their optimized design, they enable improved heat dissipation in network junction boxes, which increases the longevity and stability of the network infrastructure. Thanks to their universal compatibility, the compact keystone modules can be used with a wide range of patch panels and junction boxes, allowing flexible integration into existing networks. In addition, their high-quality workmanship ensures reliable data transmission with minimal interference, so that a stable and high-performance network connection is maintained.
