After yesterday's recommendation by the federal and state governments to wear a mask, this will be part of our everyday lives more than ever. But masks are currently in short supply! ARMEDANGELS, therefore, wants to make its contribution to society and has pulled out all the stops to produce reusable, four-layer, and washable masks made of organic cotton at a fair price together with our producers in Portugal.

But that's not all: the masks are supposed to be double the help: On the one hand, the mask protects our fellow human beings by wearing it, on the other hand, we donate 2 € per sold ARMEDANGELS mask to Doctors Without Borders. This way, we can support the great work of those who are helping on the front lines - right where the virus hits the hardest.

It is our ambitious goal to collect 1 Million euros for Doctors without Borders. And this great goal can only be achieved together!

Fact Check

The ARMEDANGELS Mask is a sustainable cotton mask for everyday use – it is not a medically tested product. And as much as we would like it to be: It does not prevent infection*, but serves primarily to protect fellow human beings. The risk of droplet infection can be best reduced by physical distancing and hygiene rules. Wearing a face mask should serve as a support, especially if sufficient distance or compliance with "sneezing rules" cannot be ensured. A mask is therefore an aid and does not replace any of the other safety measures.

The masks are produced with the highest non-medical standard - it goes without saying that ARMEDANGELS does not use any harmful chemicals here and thus the mouth-nose masks not only protect the counterpart, but also our skin.

Right now we have to take care of each other and so masks should become “The New Normal” part of our everyday life.
