iPhone, iPad and Android users of all ages who want to improve their knowledge and awareness of global geography -- and have hour upon hour of fun along the way -- can now download the fun and unique new no-cost game Phooter Flickr Photo Shooter.

Created by Jazzy Innovations, Phooter Flickr Photo Shooter randomly selects publicly available photos from Flickr, and challenges users to place the app’s mascot “Phootie” on a map to mark the location of whatever the photo depicts – which can be anything from well-known landmarks, to less familiar places and locations.

Each game lasts about a minute and features five different Flickr photos, with points earned for accuracy and distance. Plus, users can click the supplied link to browse the actual photo on Flickr.com and explore even further.
