Third part cookies, what are they?

These are cookies created by a website other than the one you are visiting. It is common for websites to have links to other websites.

Your computers saves these for a longer time and are used, among other things, to show you which content you have missed since your last visit to the website.

Session cookies

This type of cookie is deleted when you leave the website and close the browser. For example, if you have chosen a language on a website, the website remembers your language choice so that you don't have to change steps every time you click through to new sub-pages.

Do I need to worry about cookies?

No. It is only a text file, which means that it can’t give you virus in your computer or steal information such as credit cards. You can also delete all saved cookies in your browser at any time by going to "Clear Website Information".
