    「S-19116系列」实现了业界最快(※1)的检测响应时间Max.6.8μs,工作时消耗电流为2.0μAtyp.的低消耗电流。
    通过同时实现检测响应速度的高速化和暗电流的低电流化,提高了系统的安全性,并且是一款有助于实现低暗电流化的产品。
    「S-19116系列」还采用了超小型的HSNT-6(1.96×2.46×t0.5mm)封装,成为对应车载用设备当今日益渐增的节省空间需求的产品。
