TDC Finland chose Synergy SKY to support Lync and unified collaboration service offering in Finland, Norway and Sweden

Synergy SKY, a provider of comprehensive multi-vendor, multi-tenant management solutions for unified collaboration, today announced that incumbent Danish operator and service provider TDC has chosen Synergy SKY as management platform for their Lync and Unified Collaboration offering in Finland, Norway and Sweden. TDC Finland, which is hosting the services for the other countries, will use Synergy SKY to manage all the provisioning, administration and billing of their video conferencing.

We started working with Synergy Consulting in 2012 in order to integrate and improve our service offering. Synergy SKY is designed to make video- and unified collaboration as a service platforms easy to architect, manage, and monetize. It is a multi-vendor, multi-tenant solution enabling service providers like TDC, or A/V resellers who would like to build their own service, to put together a service delivery platform with client provisioning, virtual room setup, remote monitoring and management, reporting and scheduling, all the way up to billing.

TDC Finland has signed a three-year agreement with Synergy SKY for implementation and support. No total order value is communicated since it is a recurring revenue model.
