Delphi advisor to Rejlers AB in an accelerated bookbuilding process
Delphi has assisted Rejlers in an accelerated bookbuilding process conducted by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken as financial advisor to Rejlers. The subscribers in the share issue are a number of large existing and new shareholders, both Swedish and international institutional investors.
Rejlers is one of the largest engineering consultancy firms in the Nordic region. Our 2,100 experts work with projects in the areas of Building and property, Energy, Industry and Infrastructure. Rejlers can be found in 80 locations in Sweden, Finland and Norway. Rejlers recorded revenue of SEK 1.7 billion in 2014. The company is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
The newly issued shares will be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm and trading in the new shares is expected to start December 23, 2015.
