POST OFFICE MONEY LAUNCHES MARKET-LEADING MORTGAGE DEALS

  • Post Office Money’s latest mortgage range includes market-leading fixed rate and Help to Buy deals
  • Deals mark its commitment to becoming a top five financial services provider by 2020 by offering competitive products

Post Office Money continues to shake up the mortgage market by today announcing the launch of several new deals.

The new deals include:

  • 60% LTV 1.75% three-year fixed rate mortgage (£1,995)
  • 75% LTV 2.49% five-year fixed rate mortgage (£995)

These join other table-topping deals including:

  • 60% LTV 1.25% two-year fixed rate mortgage (£1,995 arrangement fee)
  • 80% LTV 1.83% two-year fixed rate mortgage (£995 arrangement fee)
  • 85% LTV 2.19% two-year fixed rate mortgage (£995 arrangement fee)
  • 95% LTV 3.98% Help to Buy two –year fixed rate mortgage (no fee)

Its current range includes best-in-market fixed-rate deals and a table-topping Help to Buy product. This is in addition to Post Office Money launching its lowest-rate fixed-rate mortgage ever last month, a 1.25% two-year fixed rate.
