The new EV Charge Control Advanced Plus AC charging controller combines all of the control and monitoring functions essential for the charging process in one compact housing.
Phoenix Contact adds new convenience to PCB connection: The LPC 6 / LPCH 6 series PCB connectors enable tool-free connection of conductors with cross-sections of up to 10 mm². The clear position of the control lever and the defined contact force of the Push-in spring connection ensure reliable conductor contact.
Within the Phoenix Contact Group, Phoenix Contact E-Mobility GmbH is the centre of expertise for electro-mobility components and solutions. Its portfolio includes charging systems and charging controllers for DC and AC charging of electric vehicles. Combined with the right software, it is also possible to implement customized and high-performance charging infrastructure
Drivers and electric vehicle manufacturers are demanding shorter charging times, because these contribute to a vehicle's suitability for everyday use and the acceptance of electro mobility. With High Power Charging (HPC), Phoenix Contact has developed a charging technology that charges a battery for a range of 100 km in just three to five minutes.
Phoenix Contact has expanded its ME-IO series of multifunctional electronics housings by adding 8-position bus connectors.
Phoenix Contact has added new network-capable versions with I/O-Link interface to the Contactron hybrid motor starters product range. These versions enable consistent communication between the field and control levels, so that process data like diagnostic messages or motor current can be easily transmitted.
The Phoenix Contact block-modular Axioline E I/O system product portfolio also includes IO-Link I/O boxes with immediate effect. With the eight-channel Axioline E AXL E IOL DI8 M12 6P and AXL E IOL DO8 M12 6P IO-Link I/O boxes, the Axioline E IO-Link master can be set up as a modular I/O station and signals distributed in the plant or machine can be acquired or issued.
Phoenix Contact now also offers EO outlets with different connection geometries. With over 150 versions, they are designed for use anywhere in the world in control cabinet or systems manufacturing. Additional functions such as LED display, switches, fuses or circuit breakers extend the range of possible applications.
