Media Notice: Scottish Football Supporters' Survey 2011 results briefing

The results of the Scottish Football Supporters Survey 2011 will be presented (under embargoed conditions):

Date:      Wednesday, 1 February 2012

Time:     2pm

Place:     Robert Owen House, 87 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 2EE

Survey results are embargoed until 00.01h on Sunday 5 February 2012 and cover fans’ views about:

-        league structures

-        television revenues and their distribution

-        season starts and winter closedown

-        supporter representation on club boards

-        supporter representation on national football issues

-        support for a Scottish Football Supporters Network

Launched just seven days ago, the SD Scotland Survey has already surveyed 2,500 Scottish football fans and is well on its way to double that this week. Scottish football fans have long complained about not being heard in debates about the future of the game in Scotland.
