Further commitment to the hydrogen economy: Energy company Mabanaft signs an LOI with Pattern Energy for the potential supply of green ammonia in the presence of German Minister for Economic Affairs Habeck and Canadian Energy Minister Wilkinson

Energy company Mabanaft, today, Monday, signed an LOI with US-based Pattern Energy. Under the terms of the LOI, Mabanaft and Pattern Energy intend to consider a potential transaction for the supply to Mabanaft of green ammonia. The green ammonia would be produced by Pattern Energy at the Port of Argentia, in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador, starting in 2027.
