The England men’s white-ball squad has arrived at their Cape Town base. All COVID-19 tests were reported negative and the team are free to train this afternoon for the first time at Newlands.

The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) today confirmed the England men’s team will make their first visit to Pakistan in 16 years when they will play two Twenty20 internationals in Karachi on 14 and 15 October 2021.
England will arrive in Karachi on 12 October, and both teams will depart for India on 16 Oct

Neale, who has been in the role since 1999, is to retire after 21 years' service with the England & Wales Cricket Board. During his time with the team, he has served six Head Coaches, 11 Test captains and worked on 257 Test matches, 422 One-Day Internationals and 110 T20 internationals.
