SkogsElmia 2019 – more and better than expected
When the Nordic region’s biggest forestry fair, SkogsElmia, concluded its 2019 edition, it was with a positive mood among both exhibitors and visitors. The theme of this year’s fair was the forest ownership of the future. More than 300 exhibitors from 21 countries assembled and a total of 20, 438 visitors attended.

Thursday 6 June marks the start of the Nordic region’s biggest forestry fair. The theme is tomorrow’s forest ownership. More than 300 exhibitors from 21 countries are on the spot. There will be sweaty competitions, prestigious award presentations and new products and services from many exhibitors.

Elmia Wood May 18-21, 2021 will be hosted in the timberlands of Småland, 30 km south of Jönköping, Sweden. Elmia builds for the future: “Good news bringing great opportunities”
Jönköping City Council gave the green light for Elmia’s planned development of its facilities. The first shovel will be put in the ground next autumn and the new exhibition hall of 10,000 square metres is scheduled for completion by 2021.
