Bury Council's Cabinet last night endorsed wide ranging proposals to tackle the urgent problem of air pollution. This proposal is a joint commitment from all of the ten Greater Manchester (GM) local authorities to make the City Region one of the healthiest, cleanest and greenest conurbations in Europe.
