Originally from Russia, Mr Topciu entered the UK sales and marketing industry with one primary objective, to get to the stage where he was able to fly his Mother and Sister over for an all expenses paid trip to the UK, and that became a reality this month, where both were in attendance to see Mr Topciu pick up the highly coveted Rookie Business Owner of the Year Award.

The Vas Promotions director urges the firm’s staff and contractors to set macro goals every Sunday, providing a structure and aim for the week.

The award-winning entrepreneur argues that goals play an important part in attaining success. Mr Topciu contends that big goals are vital as they provide something to work towards and keep people motivated. “Set goals so big that people laugh at you when you tell them.
