TTG President, James Sagar believes that failure is a natural part of the journey to success. The award-winning business owner argues that aspiring professionals need to use their failures as learning opportunities to create a better future.

TTG host weekly workshops and seminars, designed to help their employees up skill, as well as provide them with knowledge and experience to progress their business development. During last week’s workshop, Mr Sagar explained the lessons to be learned from failure.

Reflection

When things are going well, people rarely stop to assess why. Generally, it's when things aren’t going to plan, people stop and reflect on the situation. Failure teaches people to break down the process to identify what went wrong, and how to resolve it to prevent it from happening in the future.

How to find a solution

Those who have experience with failure don’t get overcome with emotions. They have developed the ability to identify the breaking point and how to fix it before the situation becomes critical.

Self-belief

TTG argue that people need to believe in themselves before anyone else can believe in them. Mr Sagar thinks that self-belief is crucial to achieving success. The business owner argues that those who have experienced failures and been able to bounce back gain belief in their ability. ‘Navigating through failures can be tough, coming out the other side develops a sense of self-belief,’ argues Mr Sagar.

Resilience

There is a famous quote from Thomas Edison ‘I have not failed, I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.' That sums up the power of failure argues the firm, he learned a lesson from every light bulb that didn’t work and used that to improve the next one. TTG believe that failure is the engine of success, moving people one step closer to a successful end.

Attitude is everything!

AT TTG, they believe that a positive attitude is the secret to success. Those with the ability to safeguard their attitude when a failure occurs will always succeed. TTG President, Mr Sagar believes that failure teaches people to maintain a positive attitude.

TTG has been an industry leader in direct marketing and outsourced sales for several years. Mr Sagar is a passionate business coach and mentor who is committed to developing the next generation of industry leaders. The business owner believes that people need to use their failures as a learning experience to do better next time.
