AFMP farmer board in discussions to further invest in Arla Foods UK
Arla Foods amba has this week confirmed that it is to invest over £150 million in Arla UK’s new dairy on the outskirts of London. At the same time the farmer board of Arla Foods Milk Partnership, Arla UK’s direct milk supply group, has confirmed it is in discussions with the board of Arla Foods amba about making a further investment in the UK business.
Arla Foods confirms reduction in milk price from May
The Arla Foods Milk Partnership board has decided to reduce the standard litre price by one pence, with effect from 1 May 2009, taking Arla’s standard litre* to 24 pence.

AFMP members incentivised to increase production during autumn trough
Arla Foods is encouraging Arla Foods Milk Partnership (AFMP) members to increase milk production in the autumn trough by paying a 5ppl supplement on every litre of milk supplied over and above a member's base average daily production (BADP) figure during September, October and November 2008.
Arla Foods announces 0.5ppl milk price increase
Arla Foods announced, at the South West Dairy Show on Wednesday 30 January 2008, that following successful discussions between Arla Foods and the board of Arla Foods Milk Partnership from 1 February 2008 Arla Foods standard litre will increase by 0.5p per litre to 25.5ppl.

Arla Foods UK plc has announced the second consecutive monthly rise in the milk price paid to members of its dedicated milk supply group, Arla Foods Milk Partnership (AFMP). From 1 July 2007 the AFMP standard litre price will increase by 0.3p per litre to 20.1ppl.
