Experiencing Depaneling Live with LPKF at SMT trade show in Nuremberg May 16 - 18, 2017
| Experience in a live demonstration how precise, fast, and easy laser depaneling can be. Flexible cuts through 1.6 mm standard FR4 printed circuit boards are no problem at all with the new, more powerful LPKF UV laser systems. The MicroLine 2000 Ci laser cutting system is hard at work in the Future Packaging production line at the SMT trade show in Nuremberg. Through its transport system, the MicroLine 2000 Ci is seamlessly integrated in the SMT line and automatically depanels assembled circuit boards without subjecting them to a mechanical or thermal load. The process data is transferred to the higher-level line control system from the LPKF traceability package via an OML interface. In 2017, the familiar line tours will be accompanied every day by an extensive software demonstration. |
