SALLY R CERTIFIED PARTNER FOR ProptechOS

Sally R is certified partner to ProptechOS and RealEstateCore and Sally R’s optimization service ADA is from now an integrated add-on application for any properties connected to IDUN’s platform ProptechOS.

ProptechOS is a platform where property owners can collect and manage property data and applications. The platform is built upon RealEstateCore and makes any property portfolio ready for optimization, analysis and other services. It also makes sure that BIM, Building Automation Systems and IoT works together. ADA is a fully integrated application and works seamlessly whichever SCADA or control system is being used.

–We work continuously with making ADA available for property owners in an easy way. This integration and collaboration is a corner stone in this strategy. Our plan moving forward is that, together with IDUN, offer all existing ProptechOS properties the opportunity to start optimizing the ventilation with ADA. Sometimes, a couple of additional sensors are needed, but most often it is a plug-and-play installation to start saving energy with ADA, says Fredrik Tunberg, CEO of Sally R.
