    Flera bolag inom Sahlgrenska Science Park har den senaste tiden nått avgörande milstolpar – från förvärv till kapitalanskaffning inför fas II/III-studier i Europa och USA. Sammantaget visar utvecklingen att bolagen tar klivet från tidig tillväxt till mer etablerade faser med internationell räckvidd.

  • Inkubatorbolag från Sahlgrenska Science Park förvärvas i affär värd över 60 miljoner kronor

    Teknikbolaget Sightic, som utvecklar teknik för att upptäcka påverkanstillstånd genom analys av ögonrörelser och beteendemönster, har förvärvats av Smart Eye i en affär värd drygt 60 miljoner kronor. Köpeskillingen kan öka med ytterligare upp till 50 miljoner kronor genom tilläggsköpeskilling kopplad till framtida resultat. Bolaget har utvecklats inom Sahlgrenska Science Parks inkubatorverksamhet.
