Lexi Berg is an exciting new Swedish and American indie folk singer songwriter inspired by artists like Stevie Nicks, Kate Bush and Adele. Lexi is a classically trained pianist and her new music weaves together Swedish pop melodies with American folk tones. She has performed around the US, Sweden and UK including gigs at Ronnie Scotts, Old St Pancras Church, Wilderness, and Isle of Wight Festival. This summer will be the first time Lexi releases music since her EP, Empire of One, a warm response to the loneliness of lockdown, produced by Jimmy Hogarth (Sia, Duffy, James Blunt), which was released by Warner Music. Her new music has evolved and is co-produced with Jim Eliot (Ellie Goulding, Kylie Minogue). Expect a spiritual experience that awakens the soul.

Lexi grew up on a houseboat in Stockholm, Sweden and trained as a classical pianist from the age of 5. Inspired by the chaos of the shipyard, she began to write songs and perform in churches around Stockholm. Lexi began to write her own music after moving to London. Listening to the music you can see how she translates her emotions into songs that speak to a listeners' own experience.

In 2019 Lexi was approached by the lead singer of The Horrors, Faris Badwan. Intrigued by her classic songwriting and soaring original melodies, Badwan produced her first single, What If, which she released independently. What If was picked as one of the Top 100 songs by Apple Music in 2019 and subsequently featured on the soundtrack for the Oscar nominated movie Pieces of A Woman. Lexi’s music has been featured on Love Island, MTV Teen Moms and independent productions. Her music has been played on BBC Radio 2 and premiered on Channel 4 Sunday Brunch.
