Aivis Greters appointed Principal Guest Conductor at the Göteborg Opera

The young Latvian conductor Aivis Greters has been appointed as Principal Guest Conductor for the Göteborg Opera from Season 2024/25 until 26/27. ”Aivis Greters is exceptionally gifted and we have already immensely enjoyed his multi-faceted musicality. Anton Corbijn and GöteborgsOperans Danskompani in a unique collaboration – photo exhibition opening 3 November

Anton Corbijn is one of the most respected names in photography, having taken iconic portraits of some of the greatest artists of our time. GöteborgsOperans Danskompani is a driving force in the world of contemporary dance. This spring they met for a couple of days while the company was on tour in London. The result is the exhibition Stillness thru movement, which opens on 3 November.
