The travel magazine FREEDOMtravel turns 15 years
The digital travel magazine FREEDOMtravel, which has 1.5 million readers per year, turns 15 this year. The magazine is celebrating this with a brand new logo as well as really great anniversary prices for advertisers.
15th anniversary
FREEDOMtravel was started as a personal travel blog in the spring of 2009, by the travelers and campers Peter and Helena Bergström. Today, www.freedomtravel.se is run as a digital travel magazine, with daily travel articles at 06:00 every morning, from near and far. The articles focuses on trips by both camping vehicles and air, as well as all other means of transport, and is aimed at independent, curious travelers.
Peter Bergström is the CEO and responsible publisher for the magazine and Helena Bergström is the editor-in-chief. The couple travels by themselves for about 8 months each year, by both camper and plane, to find and write about new travel destinations. There are also about 15 guest writers and the media agency Tjälldén Media connected to the magazine. Here is the magazine in numbers:

Anniversary activities and anniversary prices
In connection with the 15th anniversary, FREEDOMtravel changes to a completely new logo with a greater focus on "FREEDOM", and at the same time introduces a an anniversary icon. The magazine has also had a completely new price list for advertisers drawn up, which is both simplified and contains new, very affordable, anniversary prices for 2024. In connection with the anniversary, FREEDOMtravel has also commissioned a reader survey, and the results of this will be presented in January 2024.
