Ferroamp reinforces their customer service through a partnership with H1 Communication
H1 Communication has been given the trust to handle Ferroamp’s first line support, in order to secure continued good service to customers and installers as Ferroamp continues their growth.
Ferroamp is preparing for growth and international expansion, and has therefore established a partnership with experienced H1 Communication, in order to secure the capacity of giving good customer and technology support.
- We are currently in an intense process of industrialization and expanding internationally. Our expansion is off to a solid start, and we care about giving our customers and installers the best possible service as we continue to grow. H1 is a well established participant within energy and e-mobility, thus we feel very confident that they have the expertise needed to give the best support and customer experience, says Charlotte Eisner, Chief Commercial Officer at Ferroamp.
Ferroamp’s systems, with the EnergyHub as the control unit, is a future-proof way of integrating solar electricity, energy storage, and electric car charging. The mentioned energy conversion in society requires a new way of thinking, and with Ferroamp’s technology there are many possibilities to solve important challenges surrounding optimizing and streamlining of power and energy.
