Visa Europe's Irish Consumer Spending Index - 9th May 2016
Visa Europe's Irish Consumer Spending Index signalled a rebound in the rate of growth of household expenditure across all payment types in April, following a slowdown in March. Spending was up +9.7% year-on-year, faster than the rise of +5.7% recorded in the previous month and the second-strongest since data were first calculated in September 2014.
