Aroundtown erhält für ein weiteres Objekt im Portfolio die BREEAM-Zertifizierung für nachhaltige Gebäude. Das markante Hochhaus mit Klinkerfassade, gelegen im Nordwesten Berlins im Stadtteil Spandau-Siemensstadt, ist ein herausragendes Beispiel für Architektur im Stil der klassischen Moderne.

Office building on Siemensdamm receives BREEAM certificate

Aroundtown receives BREEAM certification for sustainable buildings for another property in its portfolio. The striking high-rise building with a clinker brick façade, located in the north-west of Berlin in the Spandau-Siemensstadt district, is an outstanding example of architecture in the classic modernist style.

The office complex has an area of 47,000 sqm and consists of five wings staggered at right angles with 4 to 10 upper storeys and two basement levels. The property is characterised by landscaped courtyards with comfortable seating areas and is conveniently located close to the A100 city motorway and the Siemensdamm underground station. The complex offers around 600 car and bicycle parking spaces. The flexible office space with loft character and the comprehensive range of services, including a coffee bar, conference and event services, offer an ideal environment for companies and their employees.

The BREEAM certification emphasises Aroundtown's ongoing commitment to sustainability and reducing its environmental footprint.
