Colorado has become the latest State to make progress on generating awareness around the detrimental health issues caused by exposure to radon. A bill has been recommended by the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) after a comprehensive review of instances of harm in the radon industry. A University of Calgary-led study has found that the Western North American Prairie provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan are the 2nd most radon-exposed populations on Earth, just behind Poland. The study was based on testing 11,727 residential buildings throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Radonova has been selected as the testing laboratory for the Evict Radon province-wide campaign in Alberta, Canada. To date, over 15,000 Alberta homes have been tested. Evict Radon is designed to increase awareness about radon-induced lung cancer and encourage Western Canadians to have their homes tested.
