Entercard starts using recycled plastic in credit cards
From September 2022, Entercard will start to transition its credit card portfolio to recycled plastic. The cards will be made with at least 85, 5% recycled plastic, obtained from local plastic waste, close to where Entercard’s card producer Idemia's production sites are located. There will therefore be no long-distance transport of the plastic before it ends up in production.
Entercard adopt a hybrid workplace
Entercard has decided to adopt an office-centric hybrid workplace model during an evaluation period. This means that the office will be the employee's base for exchanging ideas and collaboration, but with the opportunity to work flexibly from a distance a couple of days a week.

Continued partnership with Independent savings banks in Norway
The association of Norwegian savings banks, DSS AS (De samarbeidende sparebankene), has decided to continue its cooperation with EnterCard. A total of eight savings banks within DSS AS will offer their customers payment and credit services in collaboration with EnterCard. 23,000 customers already have a MasterCard Gold credit card through this partnership.

Extra efforts for customers with payment problems
Many of our customers need some extra help during these days. In recent months, we have worked intensively to ensure that our customers can continue to use our products. To help our customers with payment problems, we have increased the flexibility around payment-free months, among other things.
Efficient handling processes with new system
Entercard’s Collection Operations department is responsible for helping and guiding customers experiencing problems with their payments. Thanks to automation of the department’s work, handling processes have been streamlined and personal contact with customers has been greatly improved.
