Chr. Hansen 'Top of Mind Color Supplier' in Brazil
Brazilian food industry elects Chr. Hansen as "Top of Mind Color Supplier" for its contribution to the growth of the local food sector.
The award is presented at a time when the interest in substituting artificial food colors with natural alternatives, a Chr. Hansen stronghold, is rising. “This prize is a significant recognition to our company. It not only reflects the quality products and our company's expertise, but also the great teamwork and the professionalism of all staff,” says Sten Estrup, Regional Vice President, Chr. Elected by the customers The Food Industry Magazine by the Brazilian Food Industry Association (ABIA) asked more than 5,000 professionals – buyers, industrial and marketing managers - to indicate the best suppliers in 44 categories, which were divided in three areas: ingredients and raw materials, additives and products and services. Chr. Hansen Valinhos was elected the Top of Mind Color Supplier by the main food industries for its contribution to the growth of the Brazilian food sector.
