Learn all about the ‘Fred. Olsen Difference’ on a free ship visit and onboard training day in 2017

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is encouraging trade partners to book onto one of its free ship visits and onboard training days in April, May and June 2017, to find out more about the unique Fred. Olsen product first-hand and help give a real understanding of the ‘Fred. Olsen Difference’.

Trade partners will get to learn more about why Fred. Olsen is such a firm favourite – boasting a repeat guest rate of over 60% – and will discover how Fred. Olsen gets ‘closer to the destination’, with its smaller, more intimate ships.

Travel partners will also receive expert, one-to-one product training and sales tips from senior members of the Fred. Olsen Trade Support team, as well as presentations and tours.

Fred. Olsen’s onboard trade partner training days available in 2017 are as follows:

The format for the days is as follows:

09.30hrs Arrive at Cruise Terminal and Check-in (passports / photo ID mandatory)

10.00hrs Embark ship

10.10hrs Welcome drink, introduction and presentation

10.45hrs Comprehensive ship tour, with one of Fred. Olsen’s expert Sales Team

12.30hrs Sandwiches and refreshments / quiz with prizes!

13.30hrs Disembark ship
