Last week inside of Qualcomm’s public booth in Hall 3, TerraNet’s Wi-Fi based proximity solutions running on Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. mobile platforms were on display.

Proximal connectivity enables new paradigms and use cases for smartphones, tablets, PCs and IOT devices. Consumers can now automatically discover users and services, based on context and proximity and seamlessly exchange pictures, videos, and other media in a standardized and power efficient way, utilizing variety of wireless technologies including GPS (location), Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and LTE-Direct.
